I guess the government spies have been reading our forum because it is the first time in years that No 10 has put out a ‘Christmas greeting’ and this is it folks, a well thought out greeting to warm the Christian hearts.
Christmas Greetings from Number 10
Best wishes to all of our users and visitors for a happy and peaceful Christmas. Thank you for following the Prime Minister’s activities throughout 2008. We look forward to seeing you again in the New Year.

Thats it folks
Now compare it to the greetings he offers to other religions.
PM sends Chanukah greeting
Gordon Brown has sent his greetings to Britain’s Jewish community as it celebrates the festival of Chanukah. In a Downing Street statement, the PM noted the milestone of Israel’s 60th anniversary, reached in 2008, and thanked Jewish organisations for their work in making Britain “a better place”. Friends this has been a truly momentous year for Britain’s Jewish community. This year we have celebrated together as Israel reached its 60th birthday and as so many community charities and organisations increased their inspirational work to make Britain a better place. So during these days of Chanukah I hope you find time to reflect on the symbol of the Menorah placed at the window - a reminder of how a small flame can light up a dark night, and how in bringing light into our own homes we give light to all those around us. As you gather to light the Menorah in homes and synagogues across our country, know that our thoughts are with you as you retell and draw strength from this remarkable story of resilience and bravery. Please do pass on my very best wishes for a happy Chanukah to your friends, family and members of your community.

Message from the Prime Minister to mark Eid Al-Adha
During this Feast of Sacrifice our thoughts turn to what it means for Muslims to perform Hajj and what this act of pilgrimage and devotion means for everyone who wants to learn from the great tradition of Islam. For me, the inspirational thing about the act of Hajj is the great restlessness it shows in the Ummah - the great stirrings for justice that reside in the Muslim heart. When people are drawn from each corner of the world, inspired by a shared and ancient ideal to act as one in the service of a better world - then it summons in us a truly modern hope that we can build a global society characterised by fairness and cooperation and respect. At this special time for the Muslim community we can also reflect upon and celebrate the tremendous contributions of British Muslims to our national life. Please accept my warm best wishes, and those of the whole government, on this auspicious occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

PM’s Diwali message
Gordon Brown has sent his warmest wishes to the Hindu, Sikh and Jain communities as they celebrate the annual festival of Diwali. In a Downing Street video, the PM said that the holiday provided an opportunity “to reflect on the events of the past to prepare and change for the future”.Today I am very proud to be able to send you my warmest good wishes for Diwali. Diwali, a time for celebration and joy, is also a reaffirmation of hope, friendship and goodwill. Our society continues to be strengthened and enhanced by the variety of celebrations many cultures and faiths bring. The festival of Diwali gives us all the opportunity to reflect on life and reflect on the events of the past in order to prepare and change for the future. The principles of the Hindu, Sikh and Jain communities in Britain such as equality, social justice, tolerance and respect have a universal relevance and are shared and appreciated by all communities. This year’s celebrations will give joy and inspiration to all who attend and on behalf of all of us in government; I wish you all a very happy and prosperous Diwali.

NOW this is the Law of the Jungle—as old and as true as the sky; And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die.
As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk the Law runneth forward and back— For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.

Gordon Brown celebrates "the tremendous contributions of British Muslims to our national life"
Like suicide bombings, honour-killings and consanguinous marriages perhaps?
Human trafficking, drug-dealing and welfare fraud anyone?

He's just playing politics, warming up for what may be a General Election year in 2009. He is a prat first and foremost along with his front benchers in the Labour Party.
My new years resolution is going to be " to not let them get to me", I suspect this will only last a week into the new year.

The guy's a tosser of the first degree and doesn't care a rats arse about our traditional white Christian based values. He realises more and more that his very survival is dependent on the millions of immigrants he and his predecessor have let in to this country, hence the extra "attentions" he pays them. Without them he's sunk and he knows it. The white working class will never rescue him.
Similar to Cymru Bach my new-years resolution will be "don't let the bastards grind you down" and also similar, I don't know how long it'll last because I just seem to be getting angrier and angrier.
