Most of the ails of our 'broken' society would be sorted out with a strong law and order (and punishment) policy. You all know the only political party that has the courage to implement that.

It is a stain on our society that a convict is better looked after than our pensioners, while i was growing up prison was seen as a deterrent and a punishment BUT when ''New Labour'' gained power there handed the opportunity for do-gooders,lefties and simpletons the chance to carry out there ''social experiments'' and the result is that crime has risen, prison is seen as a ''badge of honour'' and a holiday camp and the rise of gangs which terrorise estates.I've spoken to a couple of ''old lags'' on numerous occasions about this and there agree that prison now is not a punishment and there refer to the old days where it was hard and didn't have the rights etc there have now.

All of a sudden I am seeing the layout of this site totally different to how I usually view it, with the log-in box spread right across the top of the page and the links on BOTH sides of the page. All the links to other BNP sites I see spread across the bottom of the page on the left.

The question is the site currently being worked on. If not I might have to do a systems restore

I say it again. A great post and on a matter clearly close to most of our hearts. What pleases me most though, is that this post has brought the level of activity and debate on the Home of GA back to life. This is a good thing, a very good thing and can only be positive for the noble cause of British Nationalism and unity amongst us.

A clear example of how truly reversed and anti-life is the ideology of the left. If allowed to continue to influence policy, it will destroy the very society that is required to live a free, and independent life. Then, we all will be treated as are the elderly now. Great point slick-rocker.

Spot on Slick and it shows just how perverse we have let our society become. This is what happens when bleeding heart liberals and committed Marxists rule alongside sexual deviates, corrupt people and murderers( our politicians)

Oh that is so profound, Slick. The committal of the frail elderly to the stalags, at great personal cost to themselves, whilst the scum of our society languish in cost-free luxury, is one of my greatest anoyances and the cause of much ranting. You have hit the nail right on the head and I thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of a wider audience.

 True words spoken in jest?
« Result #12 on Aug 29, 2010, 7:30pm »

I had the following forwarded to me by 'The Better Half' & she said (jokingly) that I may like to put it in the 'Humour' Section!

This is all the more sad because I'm sure there are some elderly people who would LOVE to swap:

Let's put the seniors in jail and the criminals in a nursing home. This way the seniors would have access to showers, hobbies and walks.

They'd receive unlimited free prescriptions, dental and medical treatment, wheel chairs etc and they'd receive money instead of paying it out.

They would have constant video monitoring, so they could be helped instantly, if they fell, or needed assistance.

Bedding would be washed twice a week, and all clothing would be ironed and returned to them. A guard would check on them every 20 minutes and bring their meals and snacks to their cell.

They would have family visits in a suite built for that purpose.
They would have access to a library, weight room, spiritual counseling, pool and education.

Simple clothing, shoes, slippers, PJ's and legal aid would be free, on request..

Private, secure rooms for all, with an exercise outdoor yard, with gardens.

Each senior could have a PC, a TV, radio and daily phone calls.

There would be a board of directors to hear complaints, and the guards would have a code of conduct that would be strictly adhered to.

The "criminals" would get cold food, be left all alone and unsupervised.

Lights off at 8pm, and showers once a week.

Live in a tiny room and pay £900.00 per month and have no hope of ever getting out.

I think publications etc include mentioning The UKIP party as enemies of our nation i:e Labour,EHRC etc don't regard them as a threat or have any influence with the public BUT there do see The BNP as a threat and there do influence the public and it's increasing. So publications etc are left to continue untroubled unless there give BNP publicity.

Slick, I could tell many similar tales myself. You are absolutely correct in what you say, in that anyone with an insight to the written law can have an arbitrary, on the road, decision overturned. The ordinary police officer has scant training, yet emerges from college believing he / she is some kind of expert in all things. In too many cases, this results in arrogant behaviour which, if challenged, can lead to police aggression.......a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but their superiors will inevitably back them up at the end of the day (at least publicly) and they will get away with their stupidity, thus reinforcing their arrogance / aggression. Even so, once charged, the poor member of the public will inevitably find themselves criminalised as a result. More worryingly, these new kids appear to have an incredible aptitude for internalising the mantras of political correctness. My neighbours boy was recently stopped for who knows what and when asked what he was doing (driving, perhaps?), he replied, " I've been out for a chinky carry-out). He was informally cautioned for using "racist" language. It beggars belief.

Douglas, it's interesting that you should mention plod 'picking on' soft targets. A few years back, a female friend of my (then) girlfriend, was stopped by a patrol car while going up a 30MPH hill in Bath (where I lived at that time) & given a speeding ticket.

Nothing wrong with that, you may say EXCEPT that it cropped up in conversation with my girlfriend later the same day & she happened to mention that "Ann was really upset with getting a speeding ticket that she would have trouble paying". (Her husband had walked out & she had 4 young children). She then said to me that "she was only doing 32MPH"!!

I asked her for Ann's 'phone number, rang her, checked that the ticket DID say 32MPH & told her that I'd ring her back in a while. I then rang Bath cop-shop & explained what had happened to the duty Sergeant (without mentioning the speed) & then asked him if I was correct in my understanding that Construction & Use Regulations allowed a 10% + or - inaccuracy in vehicle speedometers & pointed out that the speed was 32MPH on the form she was given.

He confirmed that I was correct & actually said that the officer who stopped her was "an idiot" who would get "spoken to" when he was next in!

Needless to say, the charge was dropped & she got a letter of apology but if it hadn't been for that chance comment she would have been fined & had points on her license.

It's worth remembering that little gem if you ever get stopped (or "Camera'd") for LESS than 10% over the limit, as it applies at ALL speeds, not just 30MPH.

Makes you wonder if he would have stopped the car if it hadn't been an elderly Maestro driven by a woman with two very young kids with her?! >:(

Yes, it's all about money, profit, power, attitudinal and behavioural modification; all in the cause of an erratic political, capitalist agenda. In the real natural world in which we all live, seasons come, seasons go. Natural temperature and climatic changes accross the centuries occur as a matter of course, some shorter-term, some longer-term. The reality position is that mankind is killing the planet, the one beneath our feet, through pollution. Certainly, a proportion of this activity affects the inner and outer atmosphere, but it's my humble belief that it isn't sufficient enough to be the cause of the so-called "global warming" effect.

Interesting that the insurers suffer no actual financial loss in all of this. No, as is always the case, the honest "mug" public pick up the bill.

I'm also rather concerned that a Sergeant in the GMP can so casually remark that commercial drivers might be targetted, "because they tend not to care so much, as they are not driving their own vehicle". Duh! I encounter this uncaring behaviour every morning and evening, with the commercials hugging my bumper and trying to intimidate me on; becoming distracted on their mobile phone; haphazardly overtaking; feeding their faces; having a jolly with their passengers; or any combination thereof. I have yet to see the Police stop any of them on the road.

On the other hand, I do too frequently see the Police stopping the likes of single mums and elderly motorists. Hey, seems everyone, on both sides of the "law", knows a soft touch when they see one. Easy meat for intimidation and a guaranteed pay-out.

Slick, I agree with your condemnation of the main perpetrators of this crime, but ask.......are the authorities any better?

 Faked 'car accidents' scam.
« Result #22 on Aug 24, 2010, 4:17pm »

The following is courtesy of the 'Orange home page'.

Strange how most, if not ALL, of the areas listed are those benefiting from high levels of "Enrichment" isn't it? >:(

QUOTE:
Faked crashes are at an all-time high – and are driving up insurance premiums for innocent drivers. Find out if the fraudsters are operating near you

Staged car “accidents” have cost insurers a total of £350m in the past year, new figures show, driving up premiums for others on the road by an average of £44 per motorist.

“Crash for cash” scams typically involve a fraudster driving to a busy junction or slip road and performing potentially dangerous emergency stops to force innocent motorists to crash into them. The conmen then claim for damage to their cars, often personal injury, and sometimes recovery or storage fees on top.

Are you at risk?
Sgt Mark Beales of the Greater Manchester Police warns the choice of victims is no accident.

“What these fraudsters tend to pick on are single mums or elderly people, people who are less likely to cause them any issues,” he says. "They also target commercial vehicle drivers, who tend not to care as much as they're not driving their own vehicle."

The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB), which released the figures, says there is growing evidence to suggest some fraudsters are using the profits from fake crashes to fund other criminal activity, such as drug trafficking and gun running.

The IFB data also reveals the country’s most likely spots for bogus crashes. In recent years, the practice of crashing for cash has tended to be centred on north-west England. But this year’s figures show that Birmingham is now the UK’s top spot for staged crashes, while parts of London appear in the Top 10 cities for the first time.

The full Top 10 list is as follows:

1. Birmingham
2. Liverpool
3. Blackburn
4. Manchester
5. Leeds
6. London East
7. Oldham
8. Bradford
9. London North
10. Bolton

"With alarming stats from the IFB suggesting that crash for cash schemes have never been more prolific, it’s no wonder that premium costs are rising so sharply,” says Will Thomas, head of motor insurance at Confused.com.

"It’s no coincidence that all of these [hotspots] have been subject to massive insurance price hikes in the last 12 months, with Blackburn suffering worst with a 43% increase.”

Glen Marr from the IFB warns that the scam costs everyone. "Overall, fraud adds £44 to the insurance premium of every motorist," he says, "no matter what no-claims bonus or safe driving record he or she may have."

The added cost is another unwanted burden for motorists when other car expenses, such as petrol and road tax, have been soaring recently. And, of course, deliberate accidents could cause serious injury to innocent motorists.

Failings of the United Nations Organization
« Result #26 on Aug 22, 2010, 6:21am »

Since its creation, there has been controversy and criticism of the United Nations Organization. In the United States, an early opponent of the UN was the John Birch Society, which began a "get US out of the UN" campaign and even as far back as 1959, charging that the UN's aim was to establish a "One World Government."

The United Nations was established in 1945 to maintain international peace and promote cooperation in solving international economic, social and humanitarian problems. Well its charter does not include taking sides and carving up the spoils in a number of nasty wars, and picking and choosing what human rights it might or might not champion.

De Gaulle criticized the UN, famously calling it le machin ("the thingie"), an apt name.

There are 5 permanent members – China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States and it allows a permanent member to block adoption but not to block the debate of a resolution unacceptable to it.

China blocks adoptions concerning sanctions against Iran and on the sending of UN peacekeepers to the Sudan as both countries supply their oil needs, but does agree to sending in an African Union contingent to the Sudan who could not even afford bullets and who stood on the sidelines like spectators at a girls basketball match and did nothing to stop the genocide by the government sponsored Janjaweed. They also block meaningful sanctions against North Korea and get belligerent over any debate on their invasion of Tibet.

The ethnic cleansing of the Burmese Karen people by the Burmese generals has been going on for years; problem is Burma supplies China with oil. The UN looks the other way.

Apart from Russia no western country was critical of the bombing of Serbia and the annexation of part of that country which was handed over by the victors, the US and the British, to form a new Muslim country called Kosovo. Another warring conflict ended in a similar land grab in the Sudetenland 92 years preciously. Perhaps Serbia had seen the writing on the wall.

United Nations Declaration on Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

This Human rights declaration is a complete fiasco. This declaration is criminally ignored where European indigenous people rights are concerned. This declaration emphasizes without any pre-conditions the rights of indigenous peoples to maintain and strengthen their own institutions, cultures and traditions and to pursue their development in keeping with their own needs and aspirations. The overpowering of their societies by deliberate, calculated swamping of its countries is meant to frustrate this. Thus this declaration is negated.

The Government of the United Kingdom, who is a signatory to this declaration, openly and criminally ignores and even threatens its people with incarceration who wish to maintain and strengthen their own institutions, cultures and traditions and to pursue their development in keeping with their own needs and aspirations.

On the contrary it blatantly attempts to weaken and destroy the indigenous people’s pursuit to maintain their own needs, identities and aspirations and even forms government Quango’s for that sole purpose.

Not only do they ignore these basic human rights, they are even attempting to deny an indigenous race exist at all in the UK. This high sounding, moralistic human rights nonsense failed the people of Tibet, the Sudan, Burma and Serbia miserably, but they were not super powers were they. There was no call for sanctions when the coalition of the willing illegally invaded Iraq which was NOT a UN initiative, but over a million Iraqi civilians have paid dearly with their lives and who are still dying because of this discrimination by the UN.

It is imperative that the idea of the formation of a United Nationalist Nations (UNN) is formed without delay to act as a real watchdog for the rights of Indigenous Peoples worldwide, performing the duty that the UN refuses to accept or just ignores. Like the UN it should not be a political party or seen to be a political party or have any political affiliations. It should be formed as a world-wide organization with its own Ambassador and representatives.

It might well be that in 1959 the John Birch society got it right when they said that the UN's aim was to establish a "One World Government." It could be part of an enormous jigsaw aimed at slowly over time forming a one world government. Common Purpose, another part of this complex jigsaw tries to hide its ‘purpose’ behind its charity status. It declares it offers inspirations, knowledge and connections, leadership and development skills and I am sure they do, but why its courses are conducted under Chatham House rules completely escapes me, what have they got to hide?

Common Purpose was founded in 1988 by Julia Middleton. She is also the CEO of CP. She was tutored at the London School of Economics, a hotbed of rabid socialism and Marxism; many of its past graduates are now working within politics. A number of senior BBC staff are LSE educated and graduates of CP courses. Incidentally The LSE was founded by the Fabians Society.

There is enough proof that the day the NWO is a reality Common Purpose will take over the reigns of the civil service. Its tentacles spread large and wide and no doubt it has connections already within the Judiciary, higher echelons of the British police, media, and senior representatives of the existing civil service. Robert Peston, BBC Business Editor, said of Julia: “One of Middleton's great skills is to persuade police constables, youth group organisers, permanent secretaries, FTSE chief executives and head teachers that they can learn from each other and could even cure some of society's ills.” In preparation for what purpose I ask.

The purpose of the UNN should be to alert the world to the plight of indigenous people around the world, including European people, where the sheer overwhelming weight of immigrant numbers will in time assure the displacement and fragmentation of their people and their cultures. The UNN should fill the void where the UN has failed to protect the rights of the indigenous people around the world.

Our successive governments cannot justify turning its back on the rights of the indigenous peoples with the poor excuse that ‘celebrating our traditions and wanting to be recognised as the indigenous group of these islands might provoke and offend the sensitivities of alien people of alien cultures’ That is treason.

We cannot even begin to understand the terminal sickness affecting the Western Nations until we understand WHY this is happening.

Agree,i just don't get how ''our government'' throws millions at a nation which there is strong evidence of harbouring and aiding terrorists whose intention is to inflict harm to the west.Pakistan's military action against the Taliban i believe was for show so to obtain aid from the USA and our gullible idiots in power but this wasn't halted when there was word that Pakistani intelligence was helping the Taliban, this makes me think that Cameron is trying to bribe is way round Asia like B liar did.

I have to disagree on this one Shenley. Given the quality of our current Police force and their politically appointed Chief Constables we would need to make serious changes to the hierarchy and recruitment/training before we could be certain the verdicts were fair and just which is the only basis for meting out appropriate punishment.
Added to which our forensics is often a neglected side of policing and needs serious investment to bring it up to a decent standard.

I would agree with you, heechee. The police service (and I would add, the entire criminal justice system) does need a major overhaul following many years of being allowed or rather forced to rot, by the stupidity and lack of guts, honesty & loyalty by successive governments.

Assault, robbery and car crime should never be capital crimes anyway.
Why not. They are serious crimes that can and all too frequently do result in the death of the victims or other innocent parties.

Would you hang two drunks for having a bar brawl or a stupid child for taking their parents car?
Yes. Again, they are serious crimes that can and all too frequently do result in the death of the victims or other innocent parties.

What next? Deportation to a penal colony in Afghanistan for stealing a loaf of bread.
Now there is a damn good idea [image]

Or do you mean these punishments will only apply to non indigenous occupants of our country?
That is what I said, "These low life blacks, or any other foreigners, who take a weapon and kill, injure or rob an indigenous British person, or commit any crime in Britain, ...."
However, I would have no problem with seeing the use of capital punishment employed against White indigenous people who commit serious crimes such as those I previously mentioned. One must bear in mind the fact that capital punishment has three main effects:
1. The offender cannot re-offend.
2. There is a deterrent effect on others who may be tempted to commit similar offences.
3. Public money is not wasted keeping worthless scum in the lap of luxury in prison.

Same problem. Justice must always remain blind or it can never be considered fair, good and proper.
I thought that justice was only BLIND in Britain, when dealing with the white indigenous victims of invaders crimes.

With the greatest respect I would make one additional suggestion, and that is when the body of the deceased is shipped home, that it be sent at the cost of the country of origin. Free, law-abiding people should not have to spend one penny for the well-being of such monsters, whether living or dead. IF they receive a life-sentence, it should be understood that all costs are to be paid by them, otherwise their remains can be shipped back as suggested. Yes, I know, I do sound harsh. But, you see, I have seen enough of the results of extending the warmth of Western law to unlawful peoples from elsewhere in the world. Oh yes, one additional point. Once they are sent home, they may never again legally enter the country from which they were shipped. Never!

RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION Western Rally 2010 CAPITAN, NM

"The rally will be held on 14 August 2010, 8 miles north of Capitan on New Mexico state Road 246. The rally will officially start at 9:00 AM and run until 5 PM. We will have on site camping, RV's
(self-contained), tents. .... A true Armed Rally in support of our rights and freedoms given to us by God and not the Gov'ment! All weapons may be loaded in accordance with New Mexico state law but in light of safety with the number of people that we are expecting, we would ask that with your long arms be carried in Condition 3 (magazine in place, CHAMBER EMPTY!) Your side-arms,
of course, may be fully loaded with the safety engaged if applicable and holstered. There will be no weapons check at this rally so you be responsible for the safety of yourself, your weapons and
everyone around you! However, there are a few select individuals that have been appointed to act as "Rally Safety Officers" that will assist with any questions, problems or concerns that may arise.
These individuals will be identified by Orange caps with "RTC Staff" in black letters. Additionally, if you have a need to handle your weapon in any manner, there will be a clearly marked "SAFE" area designated for weapons handling should the occasion arise. Handguns should remain holstered at ALL times and long guns should remain slung, either muzzle up or muzzle down unless in
the SAFE area. Long guns on single-point or tactical slings must maintain control of their muzzles and not allow them to cover attendees! .... Download RTC Western Rally Flyer"
Please call 575 973-4605 if you can volunteer time at the rally!

Despite this being your first post, I feel compelled to strongly disagree with you, regarding life prison sentences.
These low life blacks, or any other foreigners, who take a weapon and kill, injure or rob an indigenous British person, or commit any crime in Britain, should never receive a custodial sentence of more than a couple of days.

A couple of days is all that it should take to arrange a visit by the executioner in the case of serious crimes, (murder, assault, rape, robbery, drug dealing, car crime, etc.,) or deportation in the case of less serious crimes such as being drunk, swearing or spitting in the street.

Naturally, the bodies of executed foreign criminals should be returned to the country of their ancestors for disposal, while those allowed to continue breathing should be prominently tattooed with the words "Persona Non Grata in Britain" so that there is no possibility of them sneaking back in.

Yet again the quiet market town of Hitchin sees another white guy stabbed by a couple of blacks- all for £20. These lowlife will probably serve 3 years tops when they should be put in a cell for LIFE and i mean life in a solitary cell.

And do you know what ?. Last weekend i ran into one of the guys who served time for the murder of Colin Reid opposite the Regal cinema in Hitchin- he was stabbed through the window of a car by a black man and a howling mob of scumbags. He didn't give a damn about what happened- just about sums it all up really. Murder without motive.

Bennett has already admitted on other forums that he retained members emails when they registered with the old BNP site and forum and yes it is illegal (DPA). Here is advice from the top on what to do:

H

UNSOLICITED EMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS

The British National Party wishes to place on record that no
communications of any sort are being sent by the party favouring
one particular candidate over the others in relation to the
nomination process for the leadership elections.

Also, no-one has been given data or permission to use party data
for the purposes of raising money or support for any candidate in
the leadership election. Any such use of your contact details is
a breach of data protection.

The call centre, elections department and party officials of all
level have been receiving a steady stream of complaints from
members that their personal email addresses and phone numbers are
being abused by people contacting them on behalf of one of the
candidates up for nomination in the leadership election.

Today the number of people making serious complaints of continued
harassment has increased to a point where the party feels
compelled to send out this bulletin.

The guidelines for nominations for the leadership challenge are
very clear but unfortunately are not being adhered to. Even
worse, one candidate is soliciting donations using a PayPal link.

Please be aware that any donation made will not go to our party
but rather into the pocket of one individual and that even if the
money is not spent, it will not be given to the party.

The recent escalation in this unofficial campaign includes the
use of email addresses collected off the old BNP website by user
registrations, and gives the clear impression that the British
National Party or a department within our structure is
responsible for sending out the communications.

This is a clear attempt at deception and should be reported
immediately to the elections department.

The party leadership have a duty to protect the personal data of
our membership and it is clear that official data is being abused
by one candidate and their supporters, the candidate himself
actually writing that it is an official communication - IT IS NOT
AUTHORISED nor is it a legitimate use of party data, as has been
suggested by a candidate and his team and no official or member
should forward any of these communications.

Some disciplinary action has already been taken after repeated
requests to those involved to stop this campaign of harassment
have been ignored. We are at a stage when serious action needs to
be taken.

If you have received unsolicited emails we suggest that you do
the following:

1. If money is being solicited from you via email please:
Complain to PayPal by sending an email to
aupviolations@paypal.com. You should state the name of the person
and the email address used (include the email sent to you) and
tell them you are receiving large numbers of unsolicited emails
requesting donations via PayPal. You should also state that as
you have never asked to be added to the mailing list and you
believe therefore that said person is breaching Data Protection
laws and the Acceptable Use Policy of PayPal.

2. Complain to the Server Rapidswitch. Tell them that you are
receiving unsolicited emails from email addresses for which
Rapidswitch acts as the server. Tell them this relates to the
domain www.bnpmembers.info. Ask them to suspend the account to
prevent further misuse and investigate. Tell them that you intend
to submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner.

3. Complain to Whoisguard who are protecting the domain name of
www.bnp.members.info. They have an easy to use complaints form at:
http://www.whoisguard.com/report-spam.asp?type=whoisguard-protected&from=index

4. Complain to the Information Commissioner. Call their help line
on 0303 123 1113. The Information Commissioner is also
responsible for people abusing your phone numbers as well, so any
and all complaints of data misuse should be reported.

5. Send a complaint to the Party by emailing elections@bnp.org.uk
(This will assist us in disciplinary proceedings, some already
underway and others to follow)

6. For those members not wanting to follow any of the steps above
but want action taken please make this known by emailing
elections@bnp.org.uk and membership@bnp.org.uk with your details
and stating that you would like the party will deal with the
complaints on your behalf.

It would appear that the old saying - "Great Minds Think Alike" - seems to be rather accurate in this case. The same thoughts that Slick & Douglas have voiced, have also crossed my mind.

Also, as Butler seems to have been able to obtain PRIVATE information (e-mail addresses) comparatively easily, I am now wondering about two other important points:

1. What other private information about members have Butler & Co., illicitly obtained from the membership files.

and

2. Did those same people have a hand in the LEAKING of the membership lists, to the UAF & other scum bags a while back.

Now HOW could he have got that I wonder? ???
Could it be because he is using the same traitor SIMONE BEN-NIT to run his website, the same traitor who sabotaged the Party site before the Elections, I WONDER?! >:(

Funny Slick, because that was also my thinking. At the time he closed us down, the little man protested that "his" work was being "stolen". I don't know enough to argue for, nor against that statement, neither do I understand it, but what I do know, is that if he has now disclosed OUR personal contact details to a third party (without permission), then there has been a breach of trust, confidentiality, furthermore an invasion of privacy. The next question is, do we have any recourse, not out spite, but to prevent any futher leakage of personal information to perhaps more sinister elements?
